Help us build and promote the Cornerstone brand to institutions, merchants, and communities across Ghana and beyond.
About the Role
You'll work on marketing campaigns, content creation, and social media strategy to engage our audience and drive growth for all three products: Pay, Save, and Collect.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Create compelling content for social media, email, and web
- Manage and grow our social media presence
- Collaborate with the product team on go-to-market strategies
- Track and report on campaign performance
You'll Thrive Here If You
- 1+ year of marketing experience
- Strong writing and creative storytelling skills
- Experience with social media marketing
- Data-driven approach to campaign optimisation
Bonus Points
- Fintech or financial services marketing experience
- Graphic design skills
- Knowledge of the Ghanaian market
